We rely on you to provide us with an accurate shipment address. We use the address exactly as you have provided it. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to inaccurate or insufficient addresses. Once we have delivered it to our carrier it becomes your property. We only use world class carriers to mail our products, if a package is lost or unable to be delivered to you we will assist you in working with the carrier to determine it's location. If your country or address has had trouble in the past receiving shipments we encourage you to find another address to receive it.
