BEFORE YOU MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM TRY THESE FIRST:

RIFLE WON'T FIRE?

Try the battery in another rifle (confirm it’s the battery not something else).

Connect battery to a charger and confirm it’s fully charged.

BATTERY WON'T CHARGE?

Try a different charger. The charger you are using may be at fault.

CHARGER GIVING AN ERROR?

Try a different charger (confirms the charger/battery is the issue).
