One question we're asked almost every day is: "Why isn't my tracking number active yet?" The quick, short and long answers are below!
Quick Answer:
Once your package arrives in the local region the tracking number will become active.
Short Answer:
Your package will be transported by two shipping companies. The first company will move it from our production facility in Shenzhen to your local region. It's not possible to get a tracking number for this stage of the shipment. Once your package arrives in the local region the tracking number we provided to you will become active and the second carrier will deliver it to your address.
Long Answer:
Since IATA classified Lithium batteries as Class 9 dangerous goods, shipping our batteries has become very difficult worldwide. Luckily Titan has been at this since 2015, and we've developed processes and partnerships to enable us to reach nearly every country in a safe, legal, and fast manner.
For many shipping destinations we use smaller cargo aircraft carriers to get your shipment from our production facility in Shenzhen to the local region. Because of this, tracking numbers won't be available as your package is grouped with many other similar packages in one cargo plane.
Once it arrives in your region, the smaller cargo company will deliver your package to a more local service like UPS, FedEx, DHL, or others. They will receive the package and scan the tracking number we provided to you. The tracking number will then become active as they complete the final local shipping to you.
