Before you make a warranty claim try these first:

Rifle won’t fire?

Try the battery in another rifle (confirm it’s the battery not something else)

Connect battery to a charger and confirm it’s fully charged.

Battery won't charge?

Try a different charger. The charger you are using may be at fault.

Charger giving an error?

Try a different charger (confirms the charger/battery is the issue)

Try a different battery (confirms the charger/battery is the issue)
