Titan Power: Powering American Drone Dominance from Capitol Hill to the Battlefield

This past week marked a defining moment for Titan Power — both on Capitol Hill and at the AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition in Washington, D.C.

From high-level policy discussions with Idaho’s congressional delegation to hands-on conversations with drone program leaders and U.S. Army officials, one message guided every conversation:

👉 America must control its own energy future — and that begins with American-made batteries.

Titan Power Visits Capitol Hill

Yesterday, Titan Power’s leadership team met with Senator Jim Risch, Senator Mike Crapo, and Congressman Mike Simpson’s offices to discuss the future of advanced, U.S.-made battery technology.

Our message was simple but critical:

🔋 The U.S. must not rely on China for advanced battery systems.

💪 Titan Power is leading the effort to bring drone and defense battery manufacturing back to American soil.

📜 We’re urging Congress to protect Section 864 of the NDAA, which prohibits the Department of Defense from acquiring advanced batteries sourced from foreign adversaries.

These discussions are vital for ensuring that Idaho and American manufacturers remain at the heart of our nation’s defense energy independence — creating high-quality jobs, driving innovation, and strengthening the industrial base that supports the modern warfighter.

We’re grateful for the Idaho delegation’s continued commitment to U.S. manufacturing and national security. Together, we can power American drone dominance. ⚡🇺🇸

Innovation on Display at AUSA 2025

At AUSA, Titan Power joined thousands of defense innovators showcasing the next generation of unmanned systems. The theme — “Unleashing Drone Dominance” — captured the momentum across every hall, from small tactical UAVs to large-scale autonomous systems.

It was inspiring to see so many of our customers already using Titan battery systems in their platforms and programs. And the excitement was unmistakable: the U.S. Army and its partners are accelerating adoption of small, one-way attack drones, ISR platforms, and electric-powered systems that demand trusted, high-performance energy solutions.

🔋

Titan’s 100% U.S.-Made Battery Management System

A centerpiece of our discussions — both with Congress and our defense customers — was Titan Power’s Battery Management System (BMS).

Unlike many foreign alternatives, Titan’s BMS is 100% U.S.-designed, coded, produced, and sourced — ensuring NDAA compliance, supply-chain security, and superior performance for drone and defense applications.

Key capabilities include:

  • Multi-chemistry support for Li-ion and LiPo configurations

  • Scalable design supporting 3S to 15S packs

  • Advanced telemetry and CAN/UART communication

  • Built-in balancing and thermal protection

  • Custom firmware and modular architecture for OEM integration

Every Titan BMS is engineered and assembled in Idaho — a testament to our belief that energy independence begins at home.

🇺🇸

Made in America. Built for the Warfighter.

From Capitol Hill advocacy to AUSA innovation, Titan Power stands at the intersection of policy and production — ensuring that American forces have access to trusted, domestically built energy technology.

As the U.S. military modernizes and prepares for the next era of conflict, one truth remains: our drones, vehicles, and soldiers deserve power systems made on American soil, by American hands, for American missions.

Together, with our partners and policymakers, Titan Power is committed to powering the next generation of unmanned systems — made in America, for America. ⚡🇺🇸
